So, the Supreme Court issued a stay on the EPA’s Clean Power Plan regulations… Now what?

Here in Missouri, the Department of Natural Resources will decide whether to develop a state implementation plan and/or request an extension. See their site for updates: http://dnr.mo.gov/env/apcp/cpp/

The Missouri legislature is keeping a close eye on this issue too. For example, Senator Parson’s SB593 , Senator Romine’s SB858 and Representative Berry’s HB1967
